WARRANTY
LARATO DESIGN S.r.l. offers customers a 2-year warranty that frame and webbing are free from defects in material and workmanship.
This LIMITED WARRANTY is valid from the date of delivery, under normal household conditions.
LARATO DESIGN S.r.l. also guarantees that this product has been upholstered in 100% leather, and this warranty against creasing and tearing – under normal household usage – is covered for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not include coverage for wrinkling or natural markings, variation in grain, or color variations because they are typical of authentic cowhide leather.
We inform the purchaser that the loss of resiliency and/or volume of the cushions is the result of normal use and is not to be considered a defect deriving from construction or from the materials used.
This warranty also does not cover damages occurred during delivery or due to misuse, mishandling, force majeure, negligence such as cuts, burns, damage by pets, treating the leather with any chemical product, exposing the leather to sunlight, high temperatures, or bright lights both artificial and natural.
This warranty does not cover spills such as acids, solvents, dyes, or other corrosive chemicals, ink, paint, or body fluids.
